Various equipment, production constraints, demand, cost-effectiveness and ultimately the human factor are some of the factors that have complicated Dispatching center systems. In general, a review of previous research on dispatching and power grid control centers has shown that technical issues have paid but The management structure of dispatching centers is an issue that has received less attention. the aim of this study is to investigate management issues using soft systems methodology (SSM). SSM can be used both to understand positional content (SSMc) and in relation to the research process itself (SSMp). Since the aim of the present study is to identify and structure the content of the problem, so up to the fourth step of the methodology (SSMc) in order to achieve the most important achievements of these steps. Steps include problem-solving drawing, CATWOE analyzing, root definition and providing a general conceptual model of dispatching center have been used. In this research, first problem-solving was drawn, the subsystems were created and the relationships between them were determined, and then the conceptual model was presented. Finally, the challenges in the system of power grid control have been identified, separated and categorized, and appropriate solutions have been proposed to solve them.
