| As urban regulations shape the urban texture, they are very important from the perspective of energy efficiency. This paper is a typo-morphological analysis of urban textures in terms of energy efficiency. Based on the literature review, a few typo-morphological indicators are proposed to evaluate the energy efficiency of urban fabrics as regards their energy efficiency performance. These indicators are applied to the residential texture of Sepahanshahr to evaluate its morphological pattern and energy consumption |
