Technology has a significant position in the construction industry and housing, Therefore, all countries such as Iran, have planned policies based on the use of technology in the construction industry. Since applicability is essential to the success of a policy; A comparative study of how to implement the policy of using technology in construction industry housing in Iran and the USA can reveal aspects of the success or reasons for failure in this field in our country. Therefore, in this study, the difference in how to implement this policy in Iran and the USA is the main hypothesis used in the comparative study to identify and analyze these differences. For this purpose data from library studies on how to implement this policy in the common objectives of building industry housing in Iran and the USA were compared The results showed shortcomings in the field of designs, cost estimates, and future development plans for The democratization of, encourage and monitoring of this policy in Iran Compared to the USA in the housing construction industry. |
