The current research was conducted with the aim of producing sustainable energy using the CHP device and providing an adaptable economic model for using this device in a swimming pool due to the simultaneous need of electricity and heat in it. In order for the results to be generalizable to any condition and any location and time, a "user-friendly" Excel was prepared that, based on the technical principles and formulas contained in the scientific and authoritative sources, the specifications required for energy production with the method of gas-burning CHP device are implemented in it. be made, in such a way that the user, by entering the necessary specifications and features, based on technical principles and scientific formulas, in the output, can see the amount of electricity produced, and the amount of income from it based on the electricity purchase tariff rate, and then the user ( decision-maker or investor) by calculating the amount of fixed cost and annual variable cost for the implementation of such a project, and entering it in Excel, in the output, economic indicators such as the cost price of each kilowatt hour, the internal rate of return (IRR) ), the investment return period, the net present value (NPV) of the project, to decide whether to invest or not, and will make a decision with their help
