The transportation industry is one of the most important reasons for increasing the pollution of most big cities due to its expansion and the use of fossil fuels. The development of the electric vehicle industry and the expansion of the use of these types of vehicles is one of the most important and effective ways to reduce air pollution in cities in most countries. The high price of these types of cars compared to other cars and some other problems have been one of the obstacles to their development. Therefore, many countries have considered incentive and support programs in a defined policy for the further development of this industry. Achieving the first economic, scientific and technological position at the level of the Southwest Asia region with the emphasis on software development and scientific production in the country's automobile industry is the final goal defined in the horizon of 1404. The development of the electric vehicle industry in the country is essential, and therefore, to succeed in this way, a goal and a policy must be defined in order to reach the short-term or long-term final goal. In this article, an attempt has been made to propose a policy and policies for the future of the country by studying the state of the country's automobile industry, as well as the measures taken regarding the electric vehicle in the country and by examining the plans of the countries of the world.
