| All know that the motivation of Iranian industry & economy is in oil industry. As result, Specific strategies Adoption to decrease Problem limitations are important to prospects of development of this industry. To achieve this target, a five-year plan was prepared in NIOC. In this paper, first the 5 years plan with 1404 OUTLOOK of Iran was review and then problems in planning procedure was presented and some solution was proposed. |
