fa ارزیابی کیفی کاربری جایگاه های سوخت رسانی خطی کلانشهر اصفهان بر اساس ترکیب منطق فازی و فرایند تحلیل سلسه مراتبی تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span dir="RTL">در سال های اخیر برای نخستین بار در کشور، فاز نخست طرح احداث پمپ بنزین های خطی به عنوان راهکاری برای کاهش صف وسایل نقلیه در مقابل جایگاه های عرضه سوخت در کلانشهر اصفهان، با توجه به کمبود فضاهای بزرگ و مناسب جهت احداث جایگاه سوخت جدید اجرا شده است. لذا ارزیابی جایگاه های سوخت خطی اجرا شده پیش از ورود به اجرای فاز دوم طرح و همچنین تسری این ایستگاه ها به سایر کلانشهرهای کشور به ویژه به لحاظ کیفی (ماتریس های سازگاری، مطلوبیت، ظرفیت و وابستگی) اهمیت فراوانی دارد. در این راستا </span><span dir="RTL">در این</span><span dir="RTL"> پژوهش از روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی و برای گردآوری داده ها از روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی استفاده شده است؛ ضمن اینکه برای تحلیل وضعیت جایگاه های عرضه سوخت خطی از ترکیب روش های فازی و تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (</span>AHP<span dir="RTL">) بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که به طور کلی 34 درصد از کل پمپ بنزین های خطی شهر اصفهان به لحاظ ارزیابی کیفی کاربری در وضعیت مکانی نسبتا نامناسب و 20 درصد از آنها در وضعیت متوسط قرار گرفته اند. پیشنهادات کلی این پژوهش، توجه به تامین زیرساخت های لازم برای احداث پمپ بنزین های خطی، رفع نقصان های جایگاه های خطی موجود و انجام مطالعات یکپارچه حمل و نقل و کاربری زمین پیش از اجرای فاز دوم پروژه می باشد.</span> In recent years, due to the lack of large and suitable spaces for the construction of a new fuel station, for the first time in the country, the first phase of the linear fueling station a the Isfahan metropolis has been implemented. Before entering the implementation of the second phase of the project and also the extension of the stations to other metropolises of country, the evaluation of linear fueling stations especially in terms of landuse quality (matrices of compatibility, desirability, capacity and dependence) is very important. In this regard, in this research library and field methods have been used to collect data. In addition, a combination of fuzzy logic and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has been used to analyze the status of linear fueling stations. The results show that in general, 34% of all linear gas stations in Isfahan are in a relatively unsuitable location and 20% of them are in average condition in terms of qualitative evaluation of the landuse.
