fa ارزیابی اقتصادی پروژه های سرمایه گذاری، با استفاده از اختیارات سرمایه گذاری و تدوین سناریو مطالعه موردی : احداث نیروگاه خورشیدی در ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>چکیده</strong><br> اخیرا سرمایه گذاری بر روی انرژی های خورشیدی در کشورهای مختلف افزایش یافته است لذا &nbsp;افزایش پیچیدگی، پویایی شرایط حاکم بر فعالیتهای اقتصادی و مالی و به تبع آن افزایش ریسک تصمیم گیری در زمینه سرمایه گذاری ، نیازمند روشهای تحلیلی پیشرفته تری است. روش های سنتی ایستا بوده و پویایی و تغییرات آتی را در نظر نمیگیرند. در صورتیکه ارزش یک طرح سرمایه گذاری به عاملی علاوه بر ارزش فعلی خالص نیز بستگی دارد. در پاسخ به نیازهای جدید، تحلیل اختیارات سرمایه گذاری که اختیارات سرمایه گذار در تصمیمات راهبردی و ایجاد فرصتهای جدید در آینده را در تجزیه و تحلیل ها در نظر می گیرد، گسترش و کاربرد زیادی را پیدا کرده است. در این مقاله &nbsp;به ارزیابی اقتصادی&nbsp; با استفاده از اختیارات سرمایه گذاری و تکنیک درخت دوجمله ای، در احداث یک نیروگاه خورشیدی در ایران پرداخته شده است به گونه ای که &nbsp;چهار نوع اختیار ترک پروژه، توسعه پروژه ، برون سپاری و سرمایه گذاری مشترک با یک شرکت خارجی، &nbsp;در این خصوص مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. محاسبات مربوطه در نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">excel </span>&nbsp;صورت پذیرفت . نتایج نشان داد که سرمایه گذار طی 5 سال آتی با 3 سناری راهبردی متفاوت براساس شرایط&nbsp; مواجه خواهد شد.&nbsp;<br> <br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp; Abstract<br> Recently, investment in solar energy has increased in various countries, so increasing the complexity, dynamism of the conditions governing economic and financial activities, and consequently increasing the risk of investment decision-making, requires more advanced analytical methods. Traditional methods are static and do not take into account dynamics and future changes, while the value of an investment plan depends on a factor in addition to the current net present value. In response to the new needs, the analysis of real option, which takes into account the investor authority in strategic decisions and the creation of new opportunities in the future in analysis, has become widespread and widely used.<br> In this paper, economic evaluation using real option and binomial tree technique is considered in the construction of a solar power plant in Iran, so that four types of options, abandonment authority, project development, outsourcing and joint investment with a foreign company, was examined in this regard.
