fa بهبود استفاده از سوخت CNG در بخش حمل‌ونقل با رویکرد تحلیل و توسعه گزینه‌های استراتژیک تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <a><span style="color:#000000;">انرژی یکی از مهم‌ترین ارکان اساسی چرخه اقتصادی است. آلایندگی محیط‌زیست ناشی از مصرف سوخت‌های بنزین و گازوئیل، مشکلات و محدودیت‌های تهیه و تأمین سوخت در داخل کشور، حرکت به سمت خودکفایی در تأمین سوخت‌های بنزین و گازوئیل، کاهش هزینه‌های دولت در مقابل درآمد و همچنین تخصیص یارانه کلان برای پایین نگه‌داشتن قیمت آن‌ها برای افزایش رضایت‌مندی و رفاه عمومی ازجمله دغدغه‌های دولت محسوب می‌شوند. طی سال‌های اخیر استفاده از سوخت‌های جایگزین به‌ویژه </span></a><span style="color:#000000;"><span dir="LTR">CNG</span> در بخش حمل‌ونقل مورد توجه دولت قرار گرفته است. هدف این پژوهش نگاشت نقشه‌ای جهت بهبود استفاده از سوخت <span dir="LTR">CNG</span> در بخش حمل‌ونقل با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل و توسعه گزینه‌های استراتژیک است. خبرگان و ذینفعان تحقیق بر اساس عنوان شغلی، سابقه کاری، میزان تحصیلات از بین کارشناسان حرفه‌ای و اجرایی در مدیریت طرح <span dir="LTR">CNG</span>، مدیران، کارشناسان و متخصصان شرکت‌های تولید خودرو دوگانه‌سوز، شرکت‌های تولیدکننده قطعات سیستم گازسوز و تبدیل کارگاهی خودروهای بنزینی به دوگانه‌سوز و تولیدکنندگان تجهیزات جایگاه‌های <span dir="LTR">CNG</span>، جایگاه‌داران <span dir="LTR">CNG</span>، سازمان تاکسیرانی (نماینده مصرف‌کننده) و دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی (مقاطع کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری) تعیین شدند. داده‌های تحقیق از طریق مصاحبه با ایشان جمع‌آوری و نقشه نهایی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">Explorer</span> <span dir="LTR">Decision</span> ترسیم و تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. درنتیجه 18 عامل تأثیرگذار شناسایی شد. بر اساس نتایج، تمایل به استفاده از سوخت <span dir="LTR">CNG</span> به‌جای بنزین، توسعه پایدار <span dir="LTR">CNG</span> و تدوین سند چشم‌انداز <span dir="LTR">CNG</span>، موضوعات کلیدی در جهت بهبود استفاده از سوخت <span dir="LTR">CNG</span> در بخش حمل‌ونقل است<span dir="LTR">.</span> در انتها مطابق خروجی‌های نقشه نگاشت و نظرات تجمیع شده خبرگان، گزینه‌های استراتژیک و مؤثر مانند؛ تدوین یک برنامه بلندمدت برای سبد سوخت کشور، آزادسازی یا تعیین نرخ مناسب برای قیمت کلیه سوخت‌ها، اعطای تسهیلات هدفمند به زنجیره تأمین استفاده از سوخت <span dir="LTR">CNG</span>، تبلیغات مستمر و تأثیرگذار، بیان شد و راهکارهای دستیابی به این اهداف برای سیاست‌گذاران پیشنهاد گردید.</span> <div> <div> <div id="_com_1" uage="JavaScript"><span style="color:#000000;">&nbsp;</span></div> </div> </div> <ol> <li>Energy is one of the main pillars of the economic cycle. In recent years, the use of alternative fuels, in particular CNG, has attracted the attention of the government in the transportation sector. The purpose of this research is mapping the mapping to improve the use of CNG fuel in the transportation sector using the Strategic Option Development and Analysis. Experts and stakeholders selected based on the job title, work experience, degree of education from professional experts and executives in the management of the CNG project, managers, experts and specialists of the automotive dual car manufacturing company, the companies producing parts of the gas system and the conversion of workshops of automobiles Diesel fuel and CNG equipment manufacturers, CNG locators, taxi organization (consumer representative) and postgraduate students (graduate and postgraduate degrees). The research data are provided through interviews with this experts and stakeholders, and finalized maps using the Explorer Decision software were designed and analyzed. D As a result, 18 effective factors were identified. Based on the results, the desire to use CNG fuel instead of gasoline, CNG sustainable development and the development of a CNG vision document are key issues for improving the use of CNG fuel in the transportation sector.
