fa نظام هوشمندی تکنولوژی درصنایع نیروگاهی و تامین انرژی: مطالعه موردی شرکت احداث و توسعه نیروگاهی مپنا تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">تغییرات تکنولوژیک از یک سو و الزام تغییرات پرشتاب تکنولوژی در محصولات و فرآیندها از سوی دیگر شرایطی را به وجود آورده است که هوشمندی تکنولوژی به عنوان عاملی برای رقابت پذیری در سازمانها مطرح گردد. با توجه به تغییرات سریع تکنولوژیک در صنایع نیروگاهی و تامین انرژی، شرکت های این صنایع نیز در جهت استقرار نظام هوشمندی تکنولوژی بایستی اقدام نمایند. هدف از این پژوهش ارایه مدلی جهت استقرار نظام هوشمندی تکنولوژی در صنایع نیروگاهی و بطور خاص در شرکت توسعه 1 مپنا می باشد. این پژوهش از حیث هدف کاربردی و از نوع روش توصیفی پیمایشی می باشد.در این پژوهش با مطالعه ادبیات موضوع و نیز نظر خبرگان، تعداد 120 شاخص درقالب 5 عامل(مدیریت استراتژیک، مدیریت نوآوری، مدیریت دانش، مدیریت تکنولوژی و مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات) و26 بعد شناسایی و دسته بندی گردید و با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه داده ها گردآوری شده و با تحلیل عاملی تاییدی ومعادلات ساختاری، در نهایت 84 شاخص برای مدل طراحی شده تایید گردید. براساس نتایج بدست آمده، عامل مدیریت استراتژیک در بالاترین رتبه اهمیت واقع گردید. همچنین براساس پژوهش انجام شده، در استقرار نظام هوشمندی تکنولوژی در صنعت نیروگاهی، توجه به هر پنج عامل ضروری می باشد. در نهایت جهت استقرار نظام هوشمندی تکنولوژی در شرکت های صنایع نیروگاهی و تامین انرژی توصیه های سیاستی نیز جهت تقویت ابعاد تاثیر گذار ارایه گردیده است که سیاست گذاران با توجه به آنها می توانند در تسریع و نیز استقرار موفق نظام هوشمندی تکنولوژی، تاثیرات عمده ای در شناسایی زود هنگام تغییرات تکنولوژیک و استفاده از فرصت های ناشی از آن&nbsp; بگذارند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: left;">Technology intelligence systems are considered as a significant factor of competitiveness in organizations. Technological changes, on the one hand, and the requirement for high-tech changes in products and processes, on the other hand, have contributed to the development of technology intelligence systems. Due to the rapid technological changes in energy supply and power plant industries, companies in these industries have to set up the technology intelligence system, including MAPNA development company (MD1CO). In this study, based on literature review and the interviews with experts, 120 indicators have been proposed and classified under 5 factors (strategic management, innovation management, knowledge management, technology management and IT management) and 26 dimensions for any technology intelligence system. Based on questionnaire data and using factor analysis and structural equations, 84 indicators were designated to be significant in technology intelligence systems. Based on the results, the strategic management factor was at the top of the list. Based on the results, all of the five factors should fully be taken into account in designing the technology intelligence systems for power industry.
