fa دیدگاه مشترکین برق خانگی شهر تهران در مورد فازاول هدفمندی یارانه‌ها و شروع فاز دوم عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div align="justify" style="direction: rtl"> برق به عنوان یکی از فراگیر‌ترین خدمات دولتی شناخته شده است. در شرایط فعلی صنعت برق بیش از 25‌ میلیون مشترک برق دارد که سالانه حدود‌800 هزار مشترک به آن اضافه می‌شود. لذا اعمال سیاست هدفمند کردن یارانه‌ها از جمله برق بر زندگی‌جمعیت زیادی از مردم کشور تأثیر می‌گذارد. نظر سنجی یکی از روش‌های کسب اطلاع از دیدگاه‌های مختلف مردم در مورد تداوم یا اصلاح سیاست‌ها است. مقاله حاضر با هدف بررسی نگرش مشترکین برق در باره فاز دوم هدفمندی یارانه‌ها در سطح استان تهران برروی گروه نمونه‌ای با حجم 600 نفر از مشترکین خانگی که به شیوه نمونه‌برداری تصادفی انتخاب شده بودند، در دی ماه سال 1391 اجرا گردید. ابزار پژوهش را یک پرسشنامه نگرش سنج با 30 ماده و شش مقوله بر پایه مقیاس لیکرت با درجات 0 تا 3 تشکیل داده است و برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های متداول آماری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که حدود 16 درصد پاسخگویان با شروع فاز دوم هدفمندی یارانه‌ها موافق و یا کاملا موافق هستند. همچنین 10 درصد پاسخگویان هدفمندی یارانه‌ها و پرداخت نقدی (شرایط موجود) را نسبت به سایر گزینه‌ها ترجیح می‌دهند. </div> Electricity is known as one of the most comprehensive public service. The current electric power industry has over 25 million customers and every year about 800 thousands new customers is added. So targeted subsidies policy including electricity prices affect the lives of many people. Opinion collection is one of the methods that is utilized for the acquiring the people s views for the continuation or improvement of the policies. This paper was prepared with the aim of studying the consumers views about the second stage of targeted subsidies plan in Tehran area for a sampled 600 randomly selected domestic customers for one month(Day 1391). For survey a questionnaire was compiled with 30 items in 6 categories on the Likert scale in grades (0-3) and normal statistical procedures were utilized to analyze the collected data. The results show that about 16 per cent of respondents agree or strongly agree with the subsidies targeted to start in the second phase.
