fa الگوی کارآفرینی استراتژیک : مطالعه موردی وزارت نیرو تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این مقاله به دنبال طراحی و ارائه مدلی برای ترکیب فعالیت‌های کارآفرینانه در راستای برنامه راهبردی است، یعنی ترکیبی از فرصت‌های کارآفرینی و مزیت‌های رقابتی که مورد مطالعه آن وزارت نیرو می‌باشد. این تحقیق، &nbsp;با بررسی فعالیت‌های راهبردی کارآفرینانه در وزارت نیرو در دهه‌های گذشته و مصاحبه با مدیران و مسئولان آن و استخراج تجارب آنان با استفاده از روش تحقیق بنیادی به دنبال طراحی مدلی برای کارآفرینی راهبردی در وزارت نیرو است. روش تحقیق در این مقاله روش کیفی می‌باشد که با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی، براساس مدل پارادیمی، نسبت به تعیین شرایط علی، مقوله اصلی، شرایط زمینه‌ای، شرایط مداخله‌گر، راهبردها و نتایج اقدام شده است. براساس نتایج مدل کارآفرینی راهبردی وزارت نیرو، شرایط علی شامل قابلیت‌های کارآفرینانه سازمانی، قابلیت‌های کارآفرینانه منابع انسانی، وجود و تشخیص فرصت‌های کارآفرینی،&nbsp; شرایط زمینه‌ای شامل ساختار و فرآیندها، فرهنگ سازمانی، بودجه و تأمین منابع، سبک مدیریت و رهبری،</span></span> <span style="font-family:b zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">شرایط مداخله‌گر شامل شرایط محیط خارجی، مقوله اصلی شامل برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی کارآفرینانه، راهبردها شامل بهره‌برداری از فرصت‌ها و برنامه عملیاتی و پیامدها شامل نتایج اجرایی و راهبردی می‌باشد.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;">&nbsp;<br> on interviews with related managers using open coding, axial coding and selective coding in a paradigmatic model including determining causative conditions, main subject, background conditions, interfering conditions, strategies and results.Based on the results, the Strategic The purpose of this research is designing a model to aggregate entrepreneurial opportunities and competitive advantages in &nbsp;the Ministry of Energy. This research is a qualitative one based Entrepreneurship Model of Ministry of Energy consist of causative conditions containing organizational entrepreneurial capabilities, human resource entrepreneurial capabilities and entrepreneurial opportunities. Background conditions in this model includes organizational structure and processes, organizational culture, budgeting and financing, management and leadership style. Interfering conditions are mainly the external environment conditions.The main subject is entrepreneurial strategic programming. Strategies &nbsp;in the proposed model include right use of opportunities and operational program.
