fa تحلیل رفتار بازیگران کلیدی اکوسیستم نوآوری صنعت برق در برابر وقوع اختلال تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt">توسعه اکوسیستم های نوآوری باعث ارتقای سطح کلی نوآوری و خلاقیت کشورها و متعاقباً توسعه اقتصادی آنها می‌شود. وجود عدم قطعیت و اختلالات خارجی بر عملکرد اکوسیستم نوآوری تأثیر می</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt">گذارد؛ براین اساس وجود اکوسیستم‌های نوآوری تاب‌آور در محیط پیچیده و در حال تغییر کنونی که در مقابل اختلالات مقاومت نماید و سطح عملکرد خود را در هر شرایطی حفظ نماید، از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. در این پژوهش با مطالعه موردی اکوسیستم نوآوری صنعت برق، تاب‌آوری بازیگران کلیدی آن در برابر یک اختلال در قالب سه شاخص &laquo;سطح عملکرد از دست رفته&raquo;، &laquo;درصد استحکام&raquo; و &laquo;نسبت سرعت بازیابی&raquo;، محاسبه شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که سطح عملکرد از دست رفته اکوسیستم در برابر اختلال شبیه‌سازی شده در وضعیت متوسط قرار داشته و از منظر سرعت بازیابی و همچنین استحکام از وضعیت مناسبی برخوردار نیست. بر این اساس لازم است سیاستگذاران و راهبران این اکوسیستم در جهت ارتقای تاب‌آوری تمهیداتی بیندیشند و با تصمیمات موثر و برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی مناسب در جهت بهبود آن در برابر اختلالات احتمالی گام بردارند. علاوه براین اثر سیاست‌های به کار گرفته شده خود را بر تاب‌آوری اکوسیستم مورد مطالعه با استفاده از نتایج شبیه‌سازی ملاحظه و ارزیابی نمایند.</span>&nbsp;</span></span></div> <span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">The development of innovative ecosystems leads to the overall enhancement of innovation and creativity in countries, subsequently contributing to their economic development. Since the presence of uncertainty and external disruptions affects the performance of the innovation ecosystem, the existence of resilient innovation ecosystems that can withstand disruptions and maintain their performance under any circumstances is of great importance in the current complex and changing environment. Therefore, this research calculates the resilience index of key players in the power industry innovation ecosystem through a case study, using three indicators: &quot;lost performance level,&quot; &quot; Robustness,&quot; and &quot;recovery speed.&quot; The results show that, the innovation ecosystem had a moderate level of lost performance index in the face of the simulated disruption and is not in a favorable state in terms of recovery speed and Robustness. Based on this, policymakers and managers of this ecosystem need to consider measures to enhance its resilience and take effective decisions and strategic planning to improve its response to potential disruptions.
