fa بررسی تطبیقی میان نحوه کاربست سیاست‌های صنعت ساخت‌وساز مسکن در ایران و آمریکا مرتبط با حوزه تکنولوژی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif=""><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span b="" zar="">تکنولوژی جایگاه قابل‌توجهی در صنعت ساخت‌وساز مسکن دارد، بدین‌جهت در آمریکا و &nbsp;ایران سیاست‌گذاری‌هایی مبنی بر استفاده از تکنولوژی در صنعت ساخت&shy;و&shy;ساز طرح‌ریزی‌شده است. ازآنجاکه لازمه موفقیت یک سیاست‌گذاری کاربردی بودن آن است؛ بررسی تطبیقی میان نحوه&shy;ی کاربست سیاست استفاده از تکنولوژی در صنعت ساخت&shy;و&shy;ساز مسکن در کشور&shy; ایران و آمریکا می‌تواند وجوه موفقیت یا چالش&shy;های عدم موفقیت را در این زمینه در کشور ما آشکار نماید. ازاین‌رو در پژوهش حاضر که فرض اصلی آن تفاوت نحوه کاربست این سیاست در ایران و آمریکا است، از مطالعه تطبیقی لنزی جهت شناخت و تحلیل این تفاوت‌ها استفاده‌شده است. به این منظور داده‌های حاصل از مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای چگونگی کاربست این سیاست در اهداف مشترک صنعت ساخت‌وساز مسکن در ایران و آمریکا با یکدیگر مقایسه شدند. نتایج این مطالعه کاستی‌هایی را درزمینه‌ی وجود طرح، برآورد هزینه و طرح&shy;های توسعه آتی برای همگانی نمودن، تشویق و نظارت بر این سیاست در ایران نسبت به کشور&shy;های توسعه&shy;یافته در صنعت ساخت&shy;و&shy;ساز مسکن نشان داد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <div id="E490039F_E31D_CA35_365F_7939DAD6D5DB"></div></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="line-height:110%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span style="background:white"><span style="color:black">Technology has a significant position in the construction industry and housing, Therefore, all countries such as Iran, have planned policies based on the use of technology in the construction industry.
