fa بررسی ساختار بازار بین مجتمعی پتروشیمی های اتیلن ساز بر اساس مدل کورنو تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">از مهم‌ترین اهداف در بازنگری ساختار بازار بین&shy;مجتمعی در صنعت پتروشیمی ایران، ایجاد محیطی رقابتی در این بازار است.<s> </s>محیط رقابتی می‌تواند باعث رشد و پویایی بازار گردد. پژوهش پیش&shy;رو، باانگیزه ارزیابی میزان رقابت بین شرکت‌های پتروشیمی کشور شامل پتروشیمی مارون، جم، امیرکبیر، تبریز، آریاساسول، بندرامام و کاویان در بازار بین مجتمعی تولیدکننده اتیلن کشور مبتنی بر داده‌های سال 1399 است. به‌منظور بهره‌گیری از مدل کورنو که برای سنجش انحصار در بازار کاربرد دارد، ابتدا با شاخص سهم بازار، شرکت‌های حاشیه‌ای و شرکت‌های راهبردی مشخص می شود. با هدف حداکثرسازی سود و حداقل سازی هزینه هر یک از شرکت ها، دستیابی به تعادل کورنو دنبال می شود. این تلاش تا رسیدن به نقطه تعادل مدل کورنو ادامه می یابد. یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر بیانگر آن است که سه&nbsp; شرکت بزرگ در تولید اتیلن شامل شرکت‌های پتروشیمی جم، آریاساسول و مارون در کشور دارای سهم بازار بالاتری بوده و در بازار تعیین کننده هستند. در ادامه شاخص لرنر نیز برای این شرکت‌های پتروشیمی محاسبه شده و نشان می&shy;دهد که شرکت پتروشیمی آریاساسول با سهم بازار قابل‌توجه و شاخص لرنر بالا از قدرت تأثیرگذاری بالایی برخوردار است. بعنوان نتیجه می‌توان گفت که تمامی شرکت‌های پتروشیمی کشور شاخص لرنر بالای5/0 داشته&shy;اند که نشان از قدرت بالای بازار آن‌هاست. پیشنهاد مطالعه آن است که دولت می&shy;تواند با سرمایه&shy;گذاری و تشویق برای ورود تولیدکنندگان بیشتر در این بازار و همچنین اعمال سیاست کنترل خوراک، از درجه انحصار در این بازار بکاهد.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span new="" roman="" times="">One of the most important goals in revising the intercommunity market structure in Iran&#39;s petrochemical industry is to create a competitive environment. This research is based on the data of 2019 by evaluating the level of competition between the country&#39;s petrochemical companies, including Maroon, Jam, Amirkabir, Tabriz, Ariasassol, Bandaramam and Kavian in the country&#39;s inter-complex ethylene market. Using the Corneau model, which is used to measure monopoly in the market, the present research first identifies marginal companies and strategic companies with the market share index, and in order to achieve the Corneau equilibrium, it seeks to maximize profit and minimize the cost of each company. pay; This effort will continue until reaching the equilibrium point of the Cournot model. The findings of the current research indicate that the three major companies in the production of ethylene petrochemical Jam, Ariassol and Maron in the country have a higher market share and are decisive in the market. In the following, the Lerner index was also calculated for these petrochemical companies and it shows that Ariassol Petrochemical Company with its market share and high Lerner index has a high influence and as a result, it can be said that all petrochemical companies in the country have a Lerner index above 0.5. It is a sign of their high market power.
