fa طراحی ساختار تعرفه‌ای برق مصرفی صنایع به منظور مدیریت اوج بار شبکه با تاکید بر مدلسازی عامل بنیان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">رشد روز افزون مصرف برق طی سالیان اخیر موجب شده است تا&nbsp; مدیریت تقاضای آن به موضوعی حیاتی در حوزه انرژی تبدیل شود</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">. یکی از بازیگران مهم در عرصه مصرف برق صنایع هستند که لزوم بیش‌ازپیش توجه به این عرصه را می&shy;طلبد. در سال 1399 میزان مصرف برق کشور در حوزه صنعت 34.7 درصد بوده است، بنابراین انجام اقداماتی که شامل تغییر در رفتار مصرف&shy;کنندگان انرژی الکتریکی در بخش صنعتی شود، به‌ویژه در ایام پیک مصرف موردنیاز خواهد بود. براساس تجارب جهانی، می‌توان انتظار داشت با بازنگری در ساختارهای تعرفه&shy;ای بخش صنعتی، الگوی مصرف در این بخش اصلاح شود. در این پژوهش یک ساختار تعرفه&shy;گذاری جدید با جایگزینی بسته&shy;های قیمتی - مقداری به‌جای تعرفه ثابت در زمان اوج مصرف پیشنهاد شده است همچنین برای سنجش اثربخشی ساختارهای تعرفه‌ای پیشنهادی، نتایج حاصل از آن برای یک شهرک صنعتی با 62 مشترک در مازندران با رویکرد عامل بنیان مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از شبیه&shy;سازی&shy; نشان داد می&shy;توان با اعمال این ساختار به مشترکین، میانگین تقاضای اوج بار را </span>2/57<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">% الی </span>9/51<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">%&nbsp; کاهش داد.</span></span></span></span></div> <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;">&nbsp;</span></span></span> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times="">The increasing growth of electricity consumption in recent years has made its demand management a vital issue in the field of energy. One of the important actors in the field of electricity consumption are industries, which requires more attention to this field. In 2019, the country&#39;s electricity consumption in the industrial sector was 34.7%, therefore, it will be necessary to take measures to change the behavior of electric energy consumers in the industrial sector, especially during peak consumption times. For this reason, in line with global experiences, we can expect the consumption pattern in this sector to be revised by revising the tariff structures of the industrial sector. In this research, a new tariff structure has been proposed by replacing price-quantity packages instead of a fixed tariff at the time of peak consumption.Also, to measure the effectiveness of the proposed tariff structures, the results were evaluated for an industrial town with 62 subscribers in Mazandaran with an agent-based approach.
