fa استقرار خودروهای الکتریکی در ایران و ارائه راهبردهای تحقق آن تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span arial="">یکی از مهمترین عوامل در افزایش آلودگی هوای کلان شهرها گسترش استفاده از انواع خودروها می&shy;باشد. توسعه صنعت خودروی الکتریکی یکی از مهمترین و موثرترین راهکارها برای کاهش آلودگی هوای شهرها در بیشتر کشورها می&shy;باشد. توسعه این صنعت می تواند باعث تغییر در روند مصرف انواع انرژی شود. قیمت بالای این نوع خودروها در مقایسه با سایر خودروها و برخی از مشکلات دیگر یکی از موانع توسعه آن بوده است. لذا بسیاری از کشورها برای توسعه هر چه بیشتر این صنعت، برنامه های تشویقی و حمایتی در یک خط مشی تعریف شده در نظر گرفته&shy;اند. دست یافتن به جایگاه نخست اقتصادی، علمی و فناوری درسطح منطقه آسیای جنوب غربی با تأکید برجنبش نرم افزاری و تولید علم در صنعت خودروی کشور، هدف نهایی تعریف شده در افق 1404 می باشد. توسعه صنعت خودروی ضروری می باشد و لذا برای موفقیت در این راه نیز باید هدف و خطی مشی تعریف نمود تا در آن مسیر به هدف نهایی کوتاه مدت و یا بلند مدت رسید. توسعه صنعت خودروی الکتریکی در کشور می تواند باعث تغییر در نیاز به انرژی الکتریکی در کشور شود. لذا اتخاذ راهبردی مناسب در توسعه صنعت خودروی الکتریکی کشور می تواند در اتخاذ راهبردهایی برای مدیریت انرژی الکتریکی در کشور کمک نماید.&nbsp; در این مقاله سعی شده است با مطالعه&shy;ای بر وضعیت صنعت خودروی کشور و همچنین اقدامات انجام شده در خصوص خودروی الکتریکی در کشور و بررسی برنامه های کشورهای جهان، خط مشی و سیاست هایی را برای آینده کشور پیشنهاد شود.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">The transportation industry is one of the most important reasons for increasing the pollution of most big cities due to its expansion and the use of fossil fuels. The development of the electric vehicle industry and the expansion of the use of these types of vehicles is one of the most important and effective ways to reduce air pollution in cities in most countries. The high price of these types of cars compared to other cars and some other problems have been one of the obstacles to their development. Therefore, many countries have considered incentive and support programs in a defined policy for the further development of this industry. Achieving the first economic, scientific and technological position at the level of the Southwest Asia region with the emphasis on software development and scientific production in the country&#39;s automobile industry is the final goal defined in the horizon of 1404.</span> <span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">The development of the electric vehicle industry in the country is essential, and therefore, to succeed in this way, a goal and a policy must be defined in order to reach the short-term or long-term final goal.
