fa بررسی متغیرهای کلیدی برای کمی کردن اثر رفتار ساکنان بخش مسکونی بر بهره‌وری انرژی ساختمان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">بخش ساختمان نقش مهم</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">ی</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"> در مصرف انرژی</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">کل کشور و جهان در چند دهه اخیر</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">داشته</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"> است. براین اساس </span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">در نظر گرفتن اقداماتی برای کاهش این میزان مصرف انرژی</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"> این بخش</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"> لازم و ضروری است. بکارگیری تکنولوژی&shy;های بهره&shy;وری انرژی ساختمان بدون تأثیر بر آسایش ساکنان، هدف اصلی است. هر چند برخی از این تکنولوژی&shy;ها در دسترس هستند و منافع زیاد دارند اما برخی از متغیرهای رفتاری مانع از استفاده از آنها می&shy;شوند. در این تحقیق، مقالات مختلف از مجلات معتبر موجود در پایگاه </span><span lang="EN-GB">Science Direct</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">و پایگاه استنادی علوم جهان اسلام برای تعیین این متغیرهای کلیدی، مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. این مقالات از سال 2010 تا 2023 میلادی چاپ شدند. بر اساس بررسی و تحلیل آنها، سه گروه اصلی برای متغیرهای رفتاری کلیدی و مؤثر بر بهره&shy;وری انرژی ساختمان در نظر گرفته شدند: شرایط اقامت ساکنان، رفتار صرفه&shy;جویانه ساکنان و خرید تکنولوژی&shy;های بهره&shy;وری انرژی ساختمان. هم&shy;چنین پنج زیر گروه فرعی برای هر کدام از این گروه&shy;ها تعریف شدند. ارتباط این گروه&shy;بندی&shy;ها با انواع ساختمان و مناطق جغرافیایی نیز در جداول مختلف، مشخص شد. این یافته&shy;ها، چگونگی کمی کردن اثر رفتار بر بهره&shy;وری انرژی ساختمان را مشخص می&shy;کنند و مانع جمع&shy;آوری اطلاعات تکراری و غیر لازم می&shy;شوند.</span></span></span></span></div> <span style="font-size:9pt"><span style="line-height:110%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.2pt">Over the last few decades, the building sector has played a significant role in the total final energy use of our country and the world. Thus, actions to decrease buildings&#39; energy consumption are vital. The adoption of building energy-efficient technologies without affecting the occupants&#39; welfare is the main goal. Although several building energy-efficient technologies are available and bring many benefits, some behavioural variables hinder their adoption. We examined publications from 2010 to 2022 to investigate these behavioural variables. Science Direct was the database chosen for this research. This review gathered 15 behavioural variables that were grouped into three categories: (1) realistic occupancy data, (2) curtailment behaviours, and (3) purchasing activities and energy efficiency choices. Furthermore, we clarified the dependence relationship of these behavioural variables and the types of buildings and geographical regions with the different tables.
