fa بررسی رفتار پایدار و عوامل مرتبط با آن در مغازه‌های تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span lang="FA"><span b="" zar="">طراحان معماری پایدار با توجه به بازیافت، مواد خطرناک، مصرف انرژی، انتشار دی&shy;اکسیدکربن و موضوعات محیطی مؤثر دیگر، کارایی طرح&shy;های جدید را بررسی می&shy;کنند. این موضوع با ارزیابی کامل طول عمر ساختمان همراه است. بر این اساس هدف این تحقیق، بررسی میزان آگاهی، نگرش و اراده رفتاری در این زمینه است. از تکمیل پرسشنامه سازمان محیط&shy;زیست، غذا و امور روستایی کشور انگلستان برای بررسی این موارد استفاده شده است. 80 فروشنده از مغازه&shy;ها از میدان اول صادقیه تا میدان پونک تهران برای تکمیل پرسشنامه انتخاب شدند. 61 نفر از آنان، پرسشنامه را به طور کامل تکمیل کردند. از آمار توصیفی، تحلیل پایایی با آزمون کرونباخ آلفا و ضریب همبستگی و مقدار احتمال برای تحلیل داده&shy;ها استفاده شد. یافته&shy;های تحقیق نشان دادند که اغلب افراد منتخب از موضوعات محیطی و معماری پایدار، آگاهی کافی دارند. آنان، اطلاعات در این زمینه را بیشتر از رسانه ملی و سایت&shy;های اینترنتی بدست می&shy;آورند. هم&shy;چنین موضوعات معماری پایدار برای افراد منتخب اهمیت زیادی دارند. پاسخ&shy;دهندگان اراده رفتاری محکم برای رعایت ملاحظات پایدار دارند. هم&shy;چنین به هر میزان دانش و آگاهی به موضوعات معماری پایدار بیشتر باشد اراده رفتاری محکم&shy;تر در این زمینه ایجاد می&shy;شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <span style="font-size:9pt"><span style="line-height:110%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="letter-spacing:-0.2pt">Sustainable architect considers the performance of new designs regarding recycling, hazardous substances, energy consumption, carbon dioxide emissions, and other environmental impact objectives. Sustainable architect assesses the entire building life cycle. Therefore, this study aims to investigate awareness, attitude and behavioural intention. We used the questionnaire of the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to gather data of stores from 1st Sadeghiyeh square to Poonak square of Tehran in 2022. Eighty sellers were chosen, and 61 sellers answered the questionnaire. Data were validated by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis with Cronbach&#39;s alpha test, correlation coefficient and P-Value. Results clarified that awareness of environmental and sustainable architecture issues is from medium to high. Information in this field was gathered from radio and television, and web sources. Furthermore, the importance of sustainable architecture issues is from medium to high. There was a strong behavioural intention to reduce energy consumption in the buildings.
