fa شناسایی و اولویت بندی پایدار معیارهای انتخاب تامین کندگان صنعت نفت و پتروشیمی( مطالعه موردی: شرکت ملی نفت ایران) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri=""><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="">انتخاب صحیح </span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span b="" nazanin=""><span style="color:black">تأمین‌کنندگان</span></span></span> <span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="">مطلبق نیاز صنعت نفت و فرآورده های نفتی، مستلزم در نظر گرفتن معیارها و زیر معیارهای مهم و تاثیرگذار و روابط میان آن‌ها است. </span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span b="" nazanin="">هدف از انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان، شناسایی آن دسته از تامین‌کنندگانی است که بیشترین پتانسیل برای تامین </span></span><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="">پایدار</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span b="" nazanin=""> مواد، ماشین آلات، قطعات یدکی مورد نیاز مشتری با قیمت مناسب درحال و آینده را دارا می‌باشند. این مهم مستلزم پایش تامین‌کنندگان براساس معیارهای مورد نظر مشتریان </span></span><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="">است. </span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span b="" nazanin="">این مقاله، روشی پایدار برای ارزیابی و تجزیه تحلیل تامین کنندگان ارائه می‌کند و مشکلات انتخاب تامین کننده با ترکیب آزمایش تصمیم‌گیری فازی دیمتل و <a name="_Hlk109975140">فرآیند تجزیه تحلیل شبکه‌ای</a> برطرف می‌گردد. این پژوهش، روش جدیدی برای حل مشکل پیشنهاد می‌کند تا انتخاب تامین کننده پایدار به تصمیم‌گیرندگان اجازه دهد اثرات محیطی منفی را به حداقل، تاثیرات مثبت اجتماعی زنجیره تامین را به حداکثر، و در عین حال عملکرد تجاری آن را به حداکثر برسانند</span></span><span dir="LTR">.</span><span b="" nazanin=""> در ابتدا، اثرات بین معیارهای تصمیم‌گیری توسط فازی دیمتل محاسبه می‌شود، و سپس اوزان هر معیار مربوط به انتخاب پایدار تامین کننده با روش فرآیند تجزیه تحلیل شبکه‌ای استخراج می‌شود.</span> <span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="">نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد تصمیم‌گیرندگان باید به هر دو مورد شاخص‌های مالی و زیست‌ محیطی در انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان صنعت نفت توجه ویژه‌ای داشته باشند.</span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</span></span></span></div> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:#0e101a">A precise selection of suppliers for the oil industry and oil products requires consideration of essential and efficient criteria and sub-criteria, as well as the relationship between them. Supplier selection aims to identify suppliers with the most significant potential to provide customers with materials, machines, and spare parts at reasonable prices for the foreseeable future. In order to accomplish this, suppliers must be monitored according to the criteria that customers desire. This paper presents a stable method for evaluating and analyzing suppliers, and supplier selection problems are solved by combining Dematel fuzzy decision-making experiment and ANP</span><a href="#_ftn1" style="color:blue; text-decoration:underline" target="_blank"><span style="color:#4a6ee0">[1]</span></a><span style="color:#0e101a">. Using a new approach, this study proposes a solution to the problem that enables decision makers to minimize the negative environmental effects and maximize the positive social effects while maximizing the supply chain&#39;s commercial performance by choosing a sustainable supplier. At first, the effects of the decision criteria are calculated by Fuzzy Dematel. Then the weights of each criterion related to sustainable supplier selection are extracted by the ANP method.
