fa پایش چالش تأمین مالی صنعت فتوولتائیک با الگوریتم شبکه-عصبی Monitoring the photovoltaic industry financing challenge by a neural network algorithm تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">به صدا درآمدن زنگ هشدار بحران انرژی در سطح جهان، ضرورت حرکت از سوختهای فسیلی پایانپذیر به سمت منابع انرژی تجدیدپذیر همچون انرژی خورشیدی را هر چه بیشتر آشکار نموده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی یکی از اساسیترین چالشهایی است که صنعت فتوولتائیک خورشیدی در مسیر توسعه با آن روبرو است. به این منظور، نظرات متخصصین این صنعت از طریق انجام مصاحبههایی در بازه زمانی دی ماه 1399 تا مرداد 1400 جمعآوری شد و با استفاده از روش متنکاوی و خوشهبندی نقشههای خودسازمانده، مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. براساس نتایج پژوهش، مسائل مرتبط با چالش تأمین مالی صنعت فتوولتائیک در 8 خوشه قابل بررسی است که عبارتند از: دلایل ایجاد چالش، شرایط تأثیرگذار، نتایج قابل دستیابی، راهبردهای تأمین مالی دولتی، مشوقهای دولتی برای بخش خصوصی، راهبردهای تأمین مالی شخصی، راهبردهای تأمین مالی عمومی، ضمانتها و بیمهها. بررسی همه جانبهی مسألهی تأمین مالی فتوولتائیک از طریق این خوشهبندی نشان داد که در این برهه از عمر صنعت، بخش دولتی نقش برجستهای را در غلبه بر چالش تأمین مالی آن ایفا میکند که با توجه به عقبماندگی از هدفگذاریهای قبلی، لازم است روی برنامهها و سیاستگذاریهای دولتی بازنگری صورت پذیرد.</div> Sounding the alarm of the energy crisis around the world has increasingly highlighted the need to move from finite fossil fuels to renewable fuels such as solar energy. The present study aims to study one of the most fundamental challenges that the solar photovoltaic industry is facing in the development path. To fulfill this aim, the opinions of industry experts were collected through interviews in the period from January 2021 to August 2021 and were analyzed by using text mining and self-organized maps for clustering. Based on the results of the research, issues related to the financing challenge of the photovoltaic industry can be examined in 8 clusters, which are; challenging factors, mediating conditions, consequences, government financing strategies, government incentives for the private sector, personal financing strategies, public financing strategies, guarantees and insurance. A comprehensive review of the issue of photovoltaic financing through this clustering showed that at this point of the industry life cycle, the public sector plays a prominent role in overcoming the challenge of financing.
