fa ارائه الگوی حکمروایی در مدیریت پایدار مصرف برق تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">ماهیت و چگونگی روابط سه&shy; گانه بین دولت، مدیریت انرژی و توسعه پایدار؛ موضوعات متقاطع و بهم</span></span><span style="color:black">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="color:black">پیوسته&shy; ای هستند که در مواجهه با موضوع مدیریت مصرف برق نقشی اساسی و راهبردی ایفا می&shy; کنند. حکمروایی به عنوان رویکردی برای تبیین الگوی مدیریت انرژی با در نظر گرفتن موضوعات سه گانه بالا مورد توجه پژوهشگران قرار دارد. این رویکرد با تمرکز بر&nbsp; بازتعریف نقش کنشگران مختلف در فرآیندهای تصمیم&shy; گیری در مسائل خدمات عمومی، به اهمیت تقویت نقش شهروندان و محدود کردن نقش دولت تاکید می&shy; کند. این پژوهش بر شناخت الگوهای حکمروایی مطرح برای مدیریت مصرف پایدار برق با درنظرگرفتن رویکردهای غالب مدیریتی در این حوزه متمرکز است. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش کیفی فراترکیب انجام شده است. بر این اساس با بررسی ادبیات و مطالعات انجام شده در بازه زمانی سال های 2001 تا 2021 و مطابق روش فراترکیب سندلوسکی، سه سبک مدیریتی در راستای دو راهبرد کلی مدیریت مصرف برق برای تحقق چهار شاخص توسعه پایدار تعیین شده و پنج نقش برای دولت، پنج نقش برای جامعه و دو نقش برای بخش خصوصی در قالب سه مدل حکمروایی، استخراج و به عنوان الگوی مطلوب حکمروایی مصرف پایدار انرژی برق ارائه شده است.</span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span sans-serif=""><span new="" roman="" times="">The nature and structure of relationship between state, energy management and sustainable development are cross- cutting issues and play a critical role to deal with the problems of electricity consumption. Governance as a new perspective in public service is taken into consideration as a framework to describe and explanation patterns for electricity energy management with respect to those issues. Governance perspective is focused on reconsideration the role of the stakeholders in the process of public policy making. The aim of this article is to figure out, explanation and analysis some of the most important governance theories which can be used in electricity energy consumption management in order to reach the sustainable development goals in this sector. A meta &ndash; synthesis method has been used to a systematic review on some of the qualified studies which have been done during the years between 2001 &ndash; 2021, considering related topics. A conceptual model has been presented as result of this study which is based on the literature of governance perspective in electricity sector and the findings of this &nbsp;meta-synthesis.
