fa ارائه مدل کسب‌وکار سیستم‌های فتوولتائیک غیرمتمرکز بر اساس بوم ناب کسب‌وکار در ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research با توجه به کاهش ظرفیت تولید گاز طبیعی، لزوم متنوع‌سازی سبد تولید برق و مصوبات شورای عالی انرژی، لزوم افزایش سهم انرژی تجدیدپذیر و به ویژه سیستم‌های فتوولتائیک در تولید برق در سال‌های آینده امری ضروری است. مهم‌ترین وظیفه سیاستگذار در این زمینه، تدوین و اجرای مدل کسب‌وکار توسعه این سیستم‌ها بر اساس ویژگی‌های محیطی کشور می‌باشد. این مقاله درنظر دارد با مقایسه انواع مدل‌های کسب‌وکار توسعه فتوولتائیک براساس میزان اثرگذاری بر موانع توسعه این صنعت در ایران و تشکیل بوم ناب، مدل مناسب کسب&shy;وکار این سیستم در ایران را پیشنهاد دهد.&nbsp; براساس تحلیل محتوای گزارش‌ها و مقالات داخلی و بین&shy;المللی مرتبط، 142 مانع در سه سطح بین&shy;المللی، ملی و صنعت در ایران شناسایی شده و براساس نظر 15 خبره دانشگاهی، صنعتی و دولتی اعتبارسنجی شد. براین اساس مهم‌ترین موانع توسعه فتوولتائیک در سطح بین‌المللی تحریم، در سطح ملی تلاطم در قیمت ارز و در سطح صنعت قیمت غیرواقعی و پایین فروش برق شناسایی گردید. در مرحله بعد با تشکیل بوم ناب و مقایسه مدل‌های کسب‌وکار براساس نظرات خبرگان در خصوص میزان تاثیر هر مدل در رفع موانع، مدل مالک و کنترل‌کننده مشتری یا شخص سوم مناسب ترین مدل کسب‌وکار توسعه <span dir="LTR">DSPV</span> در ایران شناسایی گردید. از مهم‌ترین پیامدهای این مدل، ایجاد بازار رقابتی در کشور و عدم دولتی‌شدن این صنعت خواهد بود. در پایان روابط بین بازیگران و سازمان‌های تاثیرگذار در این صنعت براساس مدل کسب&shy;وکار پیشنهادی تبیین شد. <div><!--[if--><!--[endif]--><!--![endif]--><!--![if--><!--![endif]--><!--![if--><!--![endif]--><!--![endif]--><!--![endif]--><!--![if--><!--![if--><!--![if--></div> Due to the reduction of natural gas production capacity, the need to diversify the power generation resources and the approvals of the High Energy Council, the need to increase the share of renewable energy, especially photovoltaic systems, in electricity generation in the coming years is essential. The most important task of policy makers in this field is to formulate and implement a business model for the development of these systems based on the environmental characteristics of the country. This article intends to compare the types of photovoltaic development business models in the world based on the impact on barriers to the development of this industry in Iran with the formation of a lean canvas. Based on the content analysis of related domestic and international reports and articles, 142 barriers were identified in three levels of international, national and industrial in Iran and were prioritized based on the opinions of 15 academic, industrial and governmental experts. Accordingly, the most important obstacles to the development of photovoltaics in the country were identified and based on the formation of a lean canvas, the model of the customer or third-party&rsquo;s owner and controller of system, the most appropriate business model to overcome these obstacles in Iran was identified.&nbsp;One of the most important consequences of this model will be the creation of a competitive market in the country and the non-governmentalization of this industry.&nbsp;<br> <span dir="RTL"></span> سیستم فتوولتائیک غیر متمرکز، مدل کسب‌وکار، بوم ناب، سیاستگذاری انرژی.
