fa تحلیل و ارزیابی بافت محلات مسکونی با تاکید بر برنامه‌ریزی کاربری زمین با رویکرد کارایی انرژی (مطالعه موردی: شهر سنندج) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL">رشد و توسعه شتابان شهرها و به تبع آن افزایش جمعیت آنها در اواخر قرن نوزده و اوایل قرن بیستم به‌خصوص در کشورهای در حال توسعه، پیامدهای گوناگونی را در زمینه‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی، کالبدی و زیست‌محیطی به همراه داشته است. از جمله مهم‌ترین این پیامدها می‌توان به افزایش مصرف و تقاضا برای منابع انرژی اشاره نمود. با عنایت به اینکه شهرها مصرف‌کننده بخش اعظم انرژی در سطح جهان هستند، به کارگیری بهینه منابع انرژی به عنوان یکی مهم‌ترین راهکارها جهت توسعه اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و زیست‌محیطی شهرها می‌تواند توسط برنامه‌ریزان شهری مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. یکی از مهم‌ترین اهرم‌های موثر برای تکامل برنامه‌ریزی شهری&nbsp; و بهینه‌سازی مصرف انرژی شهری، توجه به برنامه‌ریزی کاربری اراضی شهری است. در این پژوهش چهار محله‌ی شهر سنندج با تاکید بر برنامه‌ریزی کاربری زمین با رویکرد کارایی انرژی مورد تحلیل و ارزیابی قرار&nbsp; گرفته است. نرم‌افزارهای اصلی مورد استفاده در پژوهش </span>Arc GIS <span dir="RTL">، </span>Ecotect <span dir="RTL">، </span>Super decision <span dir="RTL">می‌باشد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که محلات چهارباغ و صفری در مرکز شهر سنندج، رتبه‌های اول و دوم کارایی انرژی را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند. از اهم پیشنهادات افزایش کارایی انرژی شهر سنندج می‌توان به مواردی همچون: ایجاد هسته‌های جدید در مراکز جمعیتی شهر و تبدیل آن به شهر چندهسته‌ای، اتخاذ سیاست‌های بازآفرینی شهری در محلات مرکزی شهر و اتخاذ راهکارهای مناسب جهت بهبود مولفه‌های&nbsp; &quot;عملکردی&quot;، &quot;حمل‌ونقل و ارتباطی&quot; و &quot;کالبدی و زیرساخت&quot; در محلات حاشیه‌ای اشاره نمود.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, especially in developing countries, has had various outcomes on the economic, social, physical, and ecological backgrounds. One of the most important consequences is the increase in consumption and demand for energy resources. Given that cities devour most of the world&#39;s energy, the optimal use of energy resources as one of the most prominent strategies for economic, social, cultural and environmental development of cities can be used by urban planners. One of the most important effective levers for the development of urban planning and optimization of urban energy consumption is to pay attention to urban land use planning. In this study, four neighborhoods of Sanandaj&nbsp; have been analysedand evaluated through land use planning based on energy efficiency approach .The main softwares used are Arc GIS, Ecotect, Super decision research. The results show that neighborhoods at the center of Sanandaj city, which ranked the first and second stage in energy efficiency. The most important principles for increasing energy efficiency of Sanandaj city are: creating new nuclei in the city&#39;s population centers and turning it into a multi-core city, adopting urban regeneration policies in the city&#39;s central neighborhoods and using appropriate strategies to improve &quot;functional&quot;, &quot;transport and communication&quot; factors and &quot;Physical and Infrastructure&quot; in the suburbs.</div> &nbsp; انرژی، کاربری زمین، محله، شهر سنندج، نرم‌افزارArc GIS، نرم‌افزار Ecotect.
