Economic-technical analyses of mixed wind and solar systems to feed pilot administrative buildings
Abstract:   (5977 Views)

The paper covers the coordinated planning of renewable resources of wind and photovoltaic to feed electric load for administrative buildings. The major target of this designing  is to minimize annual expenditures and maximize the environmental interest pertinent to mitigation of pollutants due to the usage of DGs.The system expenses includeinvestment, replacement, operation and maintenance of every part. The planning has been formulized  as  an optimum  multi-targeted system and been assessed by algorithm (INSGA-ll).To find out the best answer among the partory responses from algorithm (INSGA-ll) the phase-based decision making has been applied. The method has been applied on 4 administrative buildings in the city of Ardebil. In this paper, governmental administrative buildings were considered for renewable systems based on three targets of less mixed-system expenses , reduced environmental expenses and the increase of system stability .the comparative analysis indicates the efficiency of the  proposed method.

Keywords: Mixed production system, multi-targeteddesigning, INSGA-ll phased based decision making
