Quality control in High-Tech industries is one of the most sensitive types of quality control in manufacturing industries. Turbine industries are considered as High-Tech industries given their diversity, sophisticated technologies, need for complicated manufacturing machineries and equipment, expensive and special consumables, nead for experienced engineers and experts, and need for new technical knowledge. Current research aims at identifying factors affecting quality control of High-Tech products in turbine industry in order to design a quality control model. Research statistical population included senior and middle managers, engineering and technical experts of turbine industry quality and production, and specifically, Oil Turbocompresor Engineering Company (OTEC). Confirmatory factor analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Smart PLS software were used for validation and fitting indices and research model. Given results obtained in this research, 34 indices were identified as the final indices in the form of 7 factors as factors affecting High-Tech product quality control in turbine industry, and a quality control model was proposed accordingly.
